Which delivery company do you use?
We have had a long-standing relationship with DHL and we trust them to get your order to you fast and safe. They provide you with full tracking once your order is dispatched. On the morning of the date of delivery, you also receive an email, which gives you a one-hour window for your delivery time.

Bank holiday & Christmas Delivery Times will vary, we expect 2-5 more working days on all orders, due to increased suppliers & delivery companies delays. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused in the increased times.

- £5.95 (+ Vat) charge if under £99

How to track your DHL package
It’s as simple as clicking the link below and entering your details that should have been emailed to you. (It can take up to 24 hours for your package details to appear on DHL Tracking system)
You will receive an Email/Text message up to an hour prior of our package’s arrival.

When your package is dispatched
Once you receive your confirmation email, your package should be with you within 24-48 hours. Please ensure someone is either at the delivery address if you have not already provided specific instructions, if couriers are unable to deliver the package on the second attempt, then it will be returned to us. You will then be charged a redelivery of an appropriate to your locality and we will then re-dispatch after payment.
