Refunds/Exchanges

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@phoenixuniforms.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Buyworkwear, Call House, Enfield Street, Leeds, LS7 1RF

Personalised garments are non-returnable, plain garments can be returned unworn/unmarked and in original packaging within 28 days.

Once we receive the items, we will check for any damages and if they still contain the tags, if they pass our quality control check we will refund the full cost of the item. Any damages and original postage will be deducted. 

If you are unhappy with a personalised item(s) then please phone 0113 245 5050 to discuss a replacement garment. If you are wishing for an alternative size(s), we will happily accommodate your request after we receive the unwanted items, please note that we will require a second delivery payment before sending out the replacements.

If we are unable to provide the order, due to manufacturer delays, out of stock or failed to find an alternative item, then we will contact you offering a full refund. If you accept the refund, it will be with you in 5 - 7 working days.

If an item is due to be discontinued with a supplier, unfortunately we can not offer a refund, unless the item is faulty or defected. 

Any items returned from an order which was sent carriage free will be refunded expect for the carriage charge if the balance of the retained order falls below our £100 threshold or the full order is returned, the standard carriage is £3.95 plus VAT.

*All items returned at own expense. Unless buyworkwear is at fault then a return will be organised via both parties. 

* Exchanging items:

If you wish to exchange an item for a smaller/larger size, colour etc. We will happily exchange the item within the 28 day period but will require a re-delivery free of  £5.95 plus Vat. We will contact you for the payment before we release the exchanged item. All returned items should be in original packaging and with tags included.

Items after 28 days will not be processed for Return/Exchange and will not be returned if sent unless a re-delivery fee is paid.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
