This website is operated by Buyworkwear.co.uk. By using this website, you acknowledge that the use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions. 
 
Prices: Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Prices exclude packing and carriage, this will be charged carriage at £6.95. Special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.  
 
Delivery: Delivery of embroidered garments will be 7-10 working days from approval of artwork, non embroidered garments will be dispatched next day on orders received by 4pm unless otherwise stated in the items description and subject to stock availability. Carriage charge applies to mainland UK apart from Scottish Highlands, if you are placing order from outside mainland UK or Scottish Highlands please enquire of carriage cost prior to confirming the order.

 
Payment: Payment is accepted by credit/debit card (2.7% charge for credit card payments), cheque (must be cleared before goods are dispatched)

 
Title: Ownership of goods remain with Buyworkwear until paid for in full.  
 
Cancellation of Logo’d Items: You must cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation by mailing, faxing or emailing to cancellations@buyworkwear.co.uk or faxing 0113 245 6060. All artwork or set-up costs incurred prior to the notice will be charged in full. Changes to artwork, after order confirmation, which incur additional time will also be charged in full. Garments which have already been produced and classed as work in progress prior to cancellation will be Invoiced in full.  
 
Samples: Charged in full but are refundable upon receipt through our returns system, see Money Back Guarantee.  
 
Force Majeure: We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond reasonable control.  
 
General: All products subject to availability. We reserve the right to allow slight variations which create continuous supply or improvements. Every effort is taken to recreate each item, but the colour reproduction is as accurate as modern resolutions will allow. Buy workwear are not be responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders based on such errors. 
 
Money Back Guarantee: You may return any stock item within 30 days from date of Invoice. Goods must be in there original condition and contained within their product packaging and then packed in suitable strong case for transport along with our official returns document. Please call 0113 245 5050 before returning any item. Any consignment that does not comply with the above will be refused without credit. Goods supplied to order which are modified or produced to your own specified requirements are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are not responsible for specification errors which arise once the order acknowledgement documentation has been checked and signed off by the customer.
